Appellate and Post Conviction

If you have been convicted of a crime, you have the right to appeal your conviction or sentence. The basis of your appeal can be based on a wide range of issues, whether your conviction is the result of a plea bargain or trial by either judge or jury. If your case has been unsuccessfully appealed, you may have the right to habeas corpus relief based upon violations of your constitutional rights.

As an appellate and post conviction lawyer, Mr. Wannamaker began his legal career as a briefing attorney for the Honorable Judge W. C. Davis of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Presidential Pardon
